Scheduled trek reservations require a $200 per person deposit payable via personal check or money order.  Final payment must be made by check or money order. The balance is due 30 days prior to the start of the trek. Reservations made 30 days or less prior must include a check for full payment.

Cancellation information: Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to departure receive a full refund less a $100 per person service charge. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior will result in a refund (less the service charge) only if the canceled space can be filled for that trip. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the start of the trip, "no shows" or upon withdrawal from any trip in progress.

Hurricane Creek Llama Treks reserves the right to cancel any trip due to lack of guests or for any other reason. In this event, all trek fees will be refunded. We also retain the right to make changes to trek itineraries as local conditions may dictate to ensure the group's safety and well-being.

By signing up for a trip with Hurricane Creek Llama Treks you are acknowledging that you are in both excellent health and good physical condition, and that you assume the rigors and risks of travel into a remote wilderness area. You also acknowledge that you have carefully read the booking information including the policy on canceled trips and refunds noted above.
